a deliciuose healthy salad recpie




most of people well at least the ones around me things that eating salad is just for the diet people and its disgusting or it doesn't make you full and it takes time blah blah blah well let me tell you that you are wrong people around me as every body knows eating greens is so important for every day bases and people in these days even replaced the salad dish with a glass of green smoothie it doesn't matter how you take your greens you just try to take it almost every day cause its really really important for your life and your skin i have noticed a big different in my skin trust me when i tell you this it does make a different and i know that there are so many articles and blog posts about these things and i not trying to compete with them cause they might be more experienced and have more information than i do all i am trying to do is share my experience and i wanna share my own recipes and what i like and i wanna share that if any one reads it or not i just wanna post them so for this salad here's what you need:


spinach,avocados,green onions,cucumbers,1/2pepper and a tomato with your desired dressing my dressing here is soy sauce and olive oil and as you can see in the picture there is another ingredient well i tried to find what that's called in English and it is "lepidium sativum" i took a picture of it so you can see it better because as far as i understood what i found was the scientific name i think




i hope that's helpful if you have it try it its really really good  and if you don't have it you can replace it with something else or skip it


so we begin to slice and chop every thing


just like this and then add in your soy sauce and your olive oil virgin olive oil is better and don't put allot of soy sauce cause you don't want to much sodium and here is the final result
and all of this with cleaning the board and your knife will take you half an hour and maybe less i am slow i take my time when i cook or do salads and it takes me 30min so yeah.

i just wanna say i am not a dietitian or some thing i research for every thing i am obsessed with researching and you should too you have to know whats inside your food so here's some info about this salad

Lepidium sativum:
it has Iron, phosphorus, manganese, iodine, calcium, potassium, arsenic, And vitamins such as A, B, BB, E, C also contains on Korotinat and volatile oil and glucosidase and it Purifies the lungs and unappetizing and don't worry about the unappetizing part cause if you eat it alone you will feel that but we are mixing it with bunch of things

Avocados:
 are rich in fiber,potassium more than the amount in the banana, vitamin E,Bvitamins and folic acid

Tomatoes:

Vitamins A, C, K, folate also provide thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, magnesium, phosphorus,vitamin K and calcium, also contains  Beta-carotene which is good for your skin it prevents sun damage, they are a very good source of chromium, which helps to regulate blood sugar, vitamin A that tomatoes provide can improve vision and help prevent night blindness and makes your hair strong and shiny and finally its a filling food which is great if you are trying to loose weight and its a great snacking.


Cucumber:
 Cucumbers are 95 percent water so it keeps you hydrated, and don't forget to leave the skin on cause it contains a good amount of vitamin C.

 Peppers:
vitamin C and E the are also contain zeaxanthin, which keeps your eyes healthy and might reduce your risk of age-related eye disorders.

The soy sauce:
tryptophan,manganese,protein and vitamin B3

The olive oil:
MUFAs are actually considered a healthy dietary fat.
 these are the information that i know but let me tell you that this is not every thing there are so many more nutrition information and i also wanna mention if my English is bad please excuse me cause English is not my main language and i don't know it very very good so yeah
