chickpeas salad my favourite lately








OK i am loving this salad that i started doing for the last month and i am still doing it i am not bored yet so that means only one thing its that good woohoo and every one in the house are loving it so that's always a plus so lets get to our ingredients
1- 2 tomatoes
2- 1 cucumber
3- 2 hot peppers i used 2 Thai peppers i know a little bit hot but i love it
4- 1 carrot
5- a half green bell pepper
6- few mint leafs
7- a little bit of coriander
8- and of course chickpeas you can use canned but i don't i like doing it my self so i boiled mine in an electric pot pressure
For the dressing olive oil , soy sauce or vinegar any kind you like
but in this recipe i used soy sauce with the olive oil


and as i always say you can add or remove what ever you like




now put your chickpeas in a larger bowl




and then chop your other ingredients and add them to your chickpeas




and then add in your soy sauce and olive oil
then mix every thing together




and enjoy eating
 this amount lasted for three people for lunch and i had leftovers for dinner too

TOMATOES

very good source of chromium, which regulate blood sugar.

CUCUMBERS
are 95% water so it keeps you hydrated , and it contains a vitamin C


BELL PEPPER
vitamin C and E it also contain zeaxanthin which keeps your eyes healthy and might reduce your risk of age related eye disorder


THAI PEPPERS
vitamin A,C,E,K and i just wanna say that the amount of the vitamin C is really high in it its up to 80% of the daily use and that depends on all kinds of hot peppers in general 
And it also has sodium and other things 


CARROTS
has a high amount of vitamin A it also has vitamin C,E,K and others
it has potassium,manganese and also other minerals and dietary fibers


 MINT LEAVES  
it has vitamin A,C and other things.Its good for your digesting , eliminating toxins And i heard that it cleanses the blood so yeah.


CORIANDER  
Vitamin K , C , E, folic acid , and also has potassium , magnesium , It increases HDL cholesterol the good cholesterol and reduce LDL cholesterol the bad cholesterol and its good for the stomach as well.




SOY SAUCE
has tryptophan , manganese , protein and vitamin B3 in it





OLIVE OIL
has MUFAs which are actually considered a healthy dietary fat



CHICKPEAS
 has proteins , folate , thiamin , vitamin B6 , K , dietary fibers , total carbohydrate , a high amount of manganese , copper , zinc , potassium , phosphorus , iron , calcium
and others of course


 So these are the facts that i managed to put into this post to help you and there are so much more 
I just wanna say that you should research about the food that you are eating and you will know more about what you are putting in your body .
