Healthy salad dressing



   

hello and welcome to a new healthy post from me well this is my new addiction and it started like 3 months ago when my favorite seasonal citrus disappeared from my tree in the back yard which is bitter orange (sour orange) and i saved some in the fridge but i used them of course and i love using soy sauce and vinegar as dressings for my salads i wanted a new thing because i was getting board of them specially the vinegar i still use it on top of my salads though but not as often i love changing because i eat salad every day and i get board faster so yup any way lets get into it
 Here are the ingredients 
1- 2tbsp of mayonnaise i personally used a natural light mayonnaise in virgin olive oil
2- virgin olive oil i used extra virgin oil this depends on the amount of the dressing so yeah
3- low sodium soy sauce and this also depends on the amount of the dressing that you want 
4- spices: 1/2 tsp black pepper , 1/4 tsp white pepper , 1/2tsp hot pepper (chili powder) , 1/2 tsp garlic powder

you can add or remove any thing you want as well

Now lets get started 
First of all put the 2 tbsp of mayonnaise in a little bowl



and after that add a little bit of olive oil like a 1 tbsp on your mayonnaise  




now mix it very well with a fork or a small spoon in the beginning it will be weird but when you keep on mixing it it will turn out into something like this




after that add in your spices and i just wanna say you don't have to follow the recipe exactly just use what ever you like and then mix them all together 












now add in like a 1 tbsp of the soy sauce that your using





and mix it very well



now if the amount that you just prepared is enough go ahead and put on your salad and enjoy it but if it isn't then you can add in a little bit more of olive oil and soy sauce to make it more than it is 
so that's what i did here

One of my favorite salads lately is tomatoes and almonds yummmmm you should try it is so easy and yummy





and you can add this dressing on top of any kind of salads that you like as well basically you can do what ever you like




you mix it or you don't still yummy as hell




i said this too much already but don't follow any recipe by the book exactly recipes are made to make you have an idea of what you are preparing you can change it and do your own thing
